Choose the environment to create survey in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice

Open https://customervoice.microsoft.com/
Click on All Projects ->New Project
Choose Blank template-?Create a Survey from Scratch and click on next
Choose the environment in which you want to create your project by choosing see all environments
Click on Create. A blank survey page appears.
